P = Plot

Did I like the events of the book? Was the story easy to follow? Complex? Enjoyable? Well-paced? Did the plot keep me engaged from beginning to end? Were there surprises or twists that worked well? Or was it predictable? Was the pacing effective, or did it feel rushed or slow?

A = Art

Did the illustrations enhance the story? Were the character designs expressive and memorable? Or were they generic or hard to distinguish? Did the backgrounds, panel layout, or visual effects add depth or atmosphere? Was the art style consistent and suited to the tone of the story?

N = Narration

Was the dialogue clear, natural, and fitting for the characters? Did narration boxes or captions add context or clarity? Did the placement of speech bubbles and narration support or impede the flow of reading? Were panel-to-panel transitions smooth and understandable? Or were they clunky and confusing?

E = Emotion

Did the story make me feel something — tension, joy, sadness, excitement? Were characters’ feelings and reactions believable and impactful? Did the visuals and words work together to enhance emotional impact? Did they distract from the story?

L = Love

How much did I enjoy the book overall? Did I find myself eager to continue and immersed in the world? Would I reread it or recommend it to a friend? Did it leave a lasting sense of satisfaction, fun, or wonder? Will I read the sequel or continue the series?
